Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mobo. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at the address below if you suspect unauthorized access.

Mobo helps you track daily habits and streaks. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee that any specific feature will remain available, and we may suspend or discontinue the service in whole or in part with reasonable notice where practical.

Mobo offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Play Store under the terms of the platform you purchased on; refunds, cancellations, and renewals are handled by that platform.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your platform's subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain paid access until then.

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app except as expressly permitted by law; (b) use the app for unlawful purposes or in violation of others' rights; (c) interfere with the app's operation or security; (d) scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the service through automated means.

Your habit data, notes, and personal entries ("Your Content") remain yours. By using Mobo, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate the service for you.

You can export or delete Your Content at any time from the app's settings. Deletion is permanent; please export a copy first if you want to keep it.

The Mobo app, brand, logo, and underlying software are owned by Mobo Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own habit tracking, subject to these Terms.

Mobo is a tool for self-directed habit tracking. It is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical, psychological, or clinical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for health decisions; do not rely on Mobo as a substitute for clinical care.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobo Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you have not paid us anything, USD 100.

You may stop using Mobo at any time and delete your account from the app's settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions relating to ownership, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged in-app or by email before they take effect; continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mobo Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.
