Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and 11beats Grzegorz Dłubacz, Ks. Jana Twardowskiego 22/2, 81-198 Pogórze, Poland, NIP 9462378074 ("we", "us"). Contact: gdlubacz@gmail.com.

By using Tracer you accept these terms.

Tracer converts raster images into vector files. SVG export is free. DXF, EPS and PDF export require a paid plan.

We describe the service as accurately as we can, but tracing is an automated process and results depend on the image you supply. We do not guarantee that any particular image will produce a usable result.

You need an account to download files. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done through your account.

You may delete your account at any time. Doing so ends your access to paid features.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you buy and include VAT where applicable.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not refund the remainder of a period already paid for, except where the law requires it.

A lifetime plan is a one-off payment granting access for as long as the service operates.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

Because Tracer gives you immediate access to digital content, by starting to use a paid feature you ask us to begin performance before the withdrawal period ends and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun. You will be asked to confirm this at checkout.

If you have not used any paid feature, write to gdlubacz@gmail.com within 14 days and we will refund you.

You may use Tracer for personal and commercial work, including selling files you create with it.

You may not:

• —upload content you have no right to use
• —upload illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights
• —attempt to break, overload or circumvent the service, its limits or its paywall
• —resell access to Tracer itself, or wrap it in a competing service
• —use automated access outside a documented interface we provide

We may suspend an account that does any of the above.

You keep all rights to the images you upload and to the vectors you create.

You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to process your image in order to produce the result you asked for. We do not use your files to train anything and we do not use them for any purpose other than producing your output.

Files produced with Tracer carry no watermark and no attribution requirement.

We aim to keep Tracer running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We rely on third-party infrastructure and it occasionally fails. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice before withdrawing something you pay for.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability to consumers under mandatory Polish and EU rules.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or for any loss arising from a vector file not matching what you expected. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event.

Check every file before you cut, print or publish it. Tracing is automated and a file that looks right on screen can still cut wrong.

You may stop using Tracer at any time. We may end this agreement if you breach these terms. On termination your right to use paid features ends; these terms continue to apply to anything that happened before.

If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve the matter, you may use out-of-court dispute resolution. In Poland this includes the permanent consumer arbitration courts at the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) and the municipal or district consumer ombudsman. Consumers in other EU countries can find their national body through the European Consumer Centres Network.

Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of the country where you live. Disputes go to the courts with jurisdiction under Polish law.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Tracer after that means you accept the new terms.
